HCH Workshop is a FREE one-day workshop for pipers, drummers, drum majors, and highland dancers. Teaching level is absolute beginner through first competition. It is held twice a year on the first Saturday in February and August at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg MS.

Classrooms are in the Music Department of the USM campus in Hattiesburg MS. The address is:

Check-in starts at 8:30am with classes starting at 9am sharp. Parking is free, look for the blue arrows. Make sure you sign up (below) in case there are last minute changes.
Within walking distance of the music department is Hotel Indigo (or just a few blocks up is Western Motel or other local B&Bs) as well as plenty of places to eat! McDonalds, Krispy Krunchy Chicken, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Pyro’s Fire Fresh Pizza, Chicken Salad Chick, Rock-n-Roll Sushi, The Midtowner, Subway, Mo’Bay Beignet, Pho Saigon Vietnamese Cuisine, Checkers, etc. Park once and enjoy the workshop!
